I just completed the last item for my tool kit. I was missing the drain plug Allen wrench combo and the hammer. I ended up making the Allen wrench and purchased the hammer from "The Hammer Source",
The Hammer Source - Hundreds of hammers! . It's a 200 gram French Pattern Blacksmith hammer #P1601-0200. I had to shorten the handle a little to 8-1/4 overall.
Wrenches and pliers are original NOS. The tool wallet I had made new from an old original as a pattern (Bill Gillham provided the original and got 2 of the repros). Screwdriver is from Garrett Wade,
