G'day John,
Sorry for the belated response - I've been traveling around a lot over the past few months and have just relocated to sunny California from wintry Sydney for an extended visit. Just got back from my first trip to Monterey - what an incredible experience, complete overload for any car enthusiast...some glorious Alfas of course, my favourite moment was seeing John Mozart's black 8C2300 on the road after we left The Quail.
Sadly, my collection of Motor Sport magazines is now many thousands of kilometres away, so I'm relying on notes stored on a laptop. I thought the most useful thing would be to list all the UK-plated 6C 1500, 1750 & 1900s (including those I've already identified chassis numbers for) and have others try to fill in the blanks, not just those found in the pages of Motor Sport. I'm sure there are many others - any help with identifying old photos would be appreciated.
To start with, here's the 6C 1500s.
