I doubt you will find these anywhere except from another car. The Male end of the contact switch simply screws into the trunk lid with counter sunk sheet metal screws. When you put it back in, make sure the contacts are clean and not touching each other. Use a 1/2 or 3/4 screw at the most to attach. The center light looks like the frame is damaged and someone out here on the BB may be able to assist. I parted out an '87 a while ago and still have the frame for the 3 light unit, but it looks like yours is okay. Looks like the Prior Owner used Duct Tape to hold them in, which is good for an emergency, but I'm sure you want it to be correct. It really is an odd arrangement, and I'd like to have a switch to turn it on when you lift the lid, it would provide a whole lot more light for the trunk on a dark night, rather than the little bulb just below the rail on the trunk inside.
