its an issue with the relay, and its embedded fuse, on your fusebox.

when you drop the fusebox, the relay for the fans is second from the left, at the top. its grey or white and has an embedded 30amp fuse in it. pull out the fuse and see how it looks. if its melted, you can probably run temporarily with a new fuse, but order a new relay ASAP from Vicks you need the B047 relay. change the fuse regardless and carry around a grip of 30amp fuses for when they finally go.
