I pulled the console and lower dash in order to fix clock, dash lights and turn signal problems. The turn signal issue was an open ground and open hot wire. Still sorting out the clock problem. No dash lights because rheostat plug was not connected. DPO...
I replaced the switch and cleaned connectors G84 and G73 with Deoxit. Still no flasher.
