I think we need to verify this, before getting too worried... I just spoke with Autobahn, and they have us at the North Track for the day on Thursday, but the gentleman on the phone said that we need to contact our AROC people. (Specifically Wayne Seely (sp?)) The arrangement on payments depends on how the contract was negotiated. He said that typically, if there is a charge when the track is contracted out, it is a nominal fee (like $5), and typically they do not seek to charge people for watching contracted events, but we need to verify this with our AROC contact. Now, if someone where entering the country club for the day (Autobahn is a country club) and they were not affiliated to a contracted event (spectators are typically considered "affiliated"), then that would be different...
Let's give Carm time to find out...
