After striking out on a stock radiator myself, I went aluminum aftermarket to good effect.
Granted, I have a stock 2.5 that sees only street use, but at speed it cools extremely well, maybe too well, See thread
Three hole aluminum radiator . I'm still waiting for a 90F + day for the final post.
