A few time trial questions:

1. The tech inspection form says "Seat Belts - check age, style and mounting", but there's no age specified nor does the AROC competion code mention this. Does CAROC have a maximum date requirement?

2. Is roll bar padding required if a race seat has a tall headrest that prevents helmet contact with the roll bar hoop?

3. Do you require an inspection hole in the roll bar?
