G'Day Biba,
I have the answer for a Milano bearing but they're 80mm.
Searching on the Milano part number I found a site which also listed a 75-42-37 for an Alfa (+ SAAB Audi Porsche BMW).
So this may or may not be the answer, you'll have to check.
