Not going to happen with the motor in the car. How do you know its the cig seals leaking? My bet is that you are referring to something else. Cig seals slide into either side of the rear main crank journal.
With the engine out for overhaul, they are still somewhat tempermental to get in. I actually froze mine for installation.
