Barry,
The big ones (63 & 64) go between the bumper and the body and the spacers go between the bumper and the over-riders which, being a 2000GTV, your car will have.
I've copied a page from the parts catalogue that explains all - I probably should have done this first instead of piddling around with a camera, but it took me a while to find a catalogue with decent photos rather than just a parts list.
I'm not sure which spacer hole is used. You may have to experiment until it looks right - it's an Italian car, it's meant to be fun .....
