Hi - thanks. Yes it has a plastic tank. I remember my last 164 had a fuel leak from a breather pipe that ran from the filler down to where it joined the tank. Pipe was about the size of a heater hose, and was hardened and split. It was easy enough to replace the pipe - I don't seem to have that problem with my current 164.
