OK, coil cleaned. Combi relay cleaned. Pulse generator connection cleaned. Grounds cleaned. Plugs and sockets on CTS, CSI, AFM, TPS cleaned.
Same symptoms.
Start up. Runs for about 2 minutes. Dead.
