The channell in the rubber has to be filled before installing the screen to the car. Use a rag soaked in mineral turps for a professional finish. I recomend paying a professional for help (approx $50au) at least the first time. they have tricks like pulling the string through and it is a 2 man job.
You may be able to squeeze some in with a skinny nozzel once the screen has been fitted but it is virtually impossible if you have the rubber mould with the chrome strip like in an erly sud.
Any auto parts store or auto paint place will have their equivelent to ezycaulk.
My old sud is now a melbourne car, and im sure the front windscreen isnt leaking! Lately i have been trying a 105 series, but i just sold it for another sud
