Hi Eric,
I never got a chance to have an instructor ride with me that day but posting the video has brought out some good points, like my coasting, not using the full width of the track, waiting to long to get back on power ect ect.
But the good thing for me was feeling the tires sliding in a predicable manner that gave me the confendence to push it harder plus after the spin out I had I'm not afraid as I was before of loosing control by pushing it to hard.
