fly33boxer, he does say he's got different pistons, lightened flywheel, ported heads, better cams, vernier pulleys, raised compression. Only details missing other than specifics are exhaust and crank (other than stroke). AHM Motorsport are seeing 280bhp with 2.0 16v. Bang for buck IMO are cams, especially if you back that up with other flow mods.
