I am no sure if the compressor is bad, the pulley runs freely with no noises coming out of the compressor. Also I am not sure if there are any leaks in compressor, if I have to check the leaks and fix them, where can I get those gaskets for it??
I will drain the old oil and fill it with Ester Oil. Do i need to clean the hoses?? I dont have a vacumm pump, but once everything is fixed and in place, I will take it for a vacumm test and recharge. I have a r134a gauge set.
thanks,

Nothing special used on threads of fittings just be sure clean. No replaceable gaskets on compressor unless being overhauled by overhaul facility.
Shaft seal is replaceable if you have seal and tools to remove and install.
Clutch pulley bearing is replaceable.
Search 164 tab for my info on SD-709 compressor for more info and pictures.
