Which car are you fixing 91 or 95?
As for cleaning condensor and compressor did you have a failure of compressor if not I am not not sure you really need to clean condensor.
I would drain compressor and measure oil if any left in it and check condition of oil.
If 91 refill with about 5 oz of Ester oil but if 95 refill with PAG oil.
Use new green oring seals.
If you do want/need to clean condensor use special a/c system cleaning solution ands compressed air to flush out condensor.
Do you have vacumm pump and R134a gauge set, etc., to service system?

'm fixin my 93 with r134a. I haven't drained the oil yet from compressor. Also at the fittings of the pipes to condenser, do we have to use any special sealant?? I see some white stuff on the threads. I will get a set of green O-rings tonight and fix all the dings on the condenser fins (especially at the bottom where the condenser is open to road grit/dirt). I am no sure if the compressor is bad, the pulley runs freely with no noises coming out of the compressor. Also I am not sure if there are any leaks in compressor, if I have to check the leaks and fix them, where can I get those gaskets for it??
I will drain the old oil and fill it with Ester Oil. Do i need to clean the hoses?? I dont have a vacumm pump, but once everything is fixed and in place, I will take it for a vacumm test and recharge. I have a r134a gauge set.
thanks,
-Pavan.
