Have a look at page 13 of the thread mentioned below. You will find all the pictures of an 8 valve narrow cilinderhead there. And 16 valve cilinderheads by Autodelta or others can also be found in some threads in the 'GTA/GTA 1300 Junior/GTAm' chapter.
