iffn you're gonna bring up those damyankees you need to get your history right.Joe D's replacement in center field was Mickey Mantle,who came up from the minors in either 50 or 51. Maris was acquired by the Yankees from their farm team (a/k/a kansas city A's) around 59....and Maris always played right field. Enuf baseball....on the subject of Shankle- some time in the 80's Shankle merged with Alfa Ricambi. Ricambi sold his stuff until the early 90's when it mysteriously shrunk down to its present alive-but-sorta-comatose-state. I still have my Ricambi/Shankle performance parts catalog. Boy they used to sell some trick stuff!
