This is actually a Series 2 Touring. The series 1 is the same, except the doors extend downward through the rockers. The Series 3 has the bigger 1975cc and not the 1884cc motor, and a different front end and smaller rear window pillars. The Series 4 Touring is the one that looks like a big Giulietta.
