The one I'm citing from is one of the later editions of the book, but AFAIK, the previous editions are identical except some minor text corrections and the edition of the picture of Pat and our son at the end of the author's preface. If you decide to reorganize your list into specific categories, I would be interested; I can't speak for others. Sorry, for the confusion with my assumption of the "Bible" designation.
