The one thing that I have noted that I don't believe is connected to Norton in anyway, is that AOLLOAD.exe zaps 98% and puts my system on overload where I feel like throwing the computer off the roof. I discontinue that task through my task manager and my AIM still works fine as well as everything else on my computer. So I have no idea why that file feels the need to do whatever it is doing. A waste imo.
