My 2 cents and what I have done. In the 70s I used to seal the inside rim with silicone glues... I do not recamend this now as its far to heavy. But you could do it.
If these indeed for a 750-101 car & ?s is listed in such. You should be using tubes any ways, as the rims do not have the safty bump in
inside for tubless radials.
In some place's you can not use this rim with out a tube. This is the best cure.
And for the life of me I have one more Idea. But I just lost it.. No worries the crew here have just what your looking for I am sure.
