Perhaps one of you computer gurus can advise me here:

Since Simon made some upgrades to the BB last week, I can't login from my older computer. I even tried creating a new identity, as if I were a new user - no dice - when I fill out the logon screen, it just jumps me back to another logon screen.

My older computer is running IE version 6.0.2800..., while the newer one (which I'm writing this on) runs IE v 7.0.6000... Might the IE version be the issue? Or some IE setting, such as pop-up blocking, security, or ...?

The BB worked fine on my old computer prior to the upgrade. I have tried the usual stuff of deleting files, deleting cookies in the IE tools window, restarting my computer, etc. Yea, I could upgrade the version of IE running on the old computer as an experiment, but I have found that later versions of Microsoft stuff are seldom better - I only upgrade as a last resort.
