Well, I change the oil even less than 5000 km. Actually I haven't done more than 2500km with Selenia 20K that is inside my boxer...Another 500 - 1000 max and is going out. Better to spend some money on buying new oil than to spend a lot on the engine parts
. And yes, it keeps the inside fresh and clean

Well, the alternatives that I have for the moment are 2:
1. ELF mineral 15w40
2. SELENIA synthetic (10w40 not 20K)
Which one would you go for???
