I remember that so well. I traded a well worn 1980 264 cu in V8 Chevy El Camino even for a 86 GTV6 in 1999 from a car dealer. Car was brokered at Auto auction, etc but I tracked it back to second owner who had spent a ton of money on it. He said he finally sold it to get a Miata WITH A WARRANTY!
