I have been very happy with my 134 conversion on the 164. Now that I have a vacuum pump and everything I need, I will have to do the same to the old 240. Volvo sells a 134 conversion kit at a reasonable price, that will make that conversion a little easier than the 164 was, fortunately. Evaporator, receiver/dryer, main A/C hose with valve, exp. valve, complete o-ring kit, oil and decals for ~$285.
