The entire field is using it, and it's open calibration, and I'm sure the FIA made it easy to keep checking it.
On top of that, while it's easy to "blame" McClaren, all they did was win the bid to build the module, and ALL the other teams approved. If not, it would never have had happened.
If Ferrari is having problems, why arent the other teams?
