A'ight, finally got some new pics of my baby.

Couple of exterior shots:

The new radio! (yep the shift boot is messed up here, I've since fixed it)

A closer shot of the nicely refreshed steering wheel I bought off a fellow BB member last year:

One last shot from the rear, showing off the fresh paint work. I Forever Black'd the rear spoiler pieces, the tail light assemblies and replacement center piece, and the black part of the bumper, then painted the silver part of the bumper and the black area around/behind the license plate:

Funny thing is I haven't washed this car since I bought it last year (was in the garage most of the time and I've only had it running and back home for about a week, during which time I've been busy with new job/relocation stuff) and it still looks fairly decent, though that interior needs to be vacuumed out really bad! Some previous owner apparently liked this car rather a lot and buffed it up big-time....unfortunately he also burnt through the paint in a couple places.

I know it's pretty rough yet.....I mostly worked on mechanical stuff, and a few cosmetic items inside and out. My next project will probably be a suspension rebuild, then after that I plan on just setting aside a bunch of cash and doing all the body work at once (get rid of all the dents and the front valance problem, then do a nice show-quality paint job, probably replace the left tail light assembly, spoiler rubber, and rear bumper at this time also).

Today while driving down Campbell avenue, some guy in a white Toyota pickup honked from the lane next to me, and I turned to see him wave, grinning. Nice to know there are other people in the area who appreciate four-wheeled art.
