Bump Steer Adjustment

The Porsche part look interesting, but as with all things Porsche, very expensive. All you need is a 14x1.5 mm rod end, and 14 mm bolt (bigger and better than the Porsche part), and some made up spacers.
The only difficult part is 14 mm x1.5 rod ends are hard to find in the US. Pegasus lists one, but it is the high strength alloy unit for around $60. each. Aurora lists the 1.5 thread pitch in their carbon steel rod ends, but when I called last week their current production schedule was over one month. I ordered two anyways.
I think they will only make right hand threaded ends, so if you want to do this you may have to swap the direction of your outer rod so the right hand thread is on the outside.
Happy bumping
Dave A.
