I took the ones off my wheels on the Jr Zagato and went to a shop that makes castings and these are the results. I have sold a few sets on Ebay and to others. Not sure just how many I have left, will have to dig out the box and take a look. They have the threaded hole on the back for the locating screw and the pin to keep them from rotating. I do not have the plate that goes on the back. I made mine out of brass stock..
