Talking AROSC Performance Driving School

Check it out at www.arosc.org. Biannual driving school scheduled for the Streets Of Willow (Willowsprings Raceway) the weekend of September 11th and 12th. 2 days of about the most fun a human being can have with their cloths on.
Drivers and cars are divided into 4 groups depending on skill and preparation.
1-Performance Driving is you and your daily beater or any DOT Street Legal Car (with the exception of a convertible without roll protection). Classroom, Skid Pad (Dry & Wet), and Track time. Instructors will either passenger with you or drive to demonstrate techniques.
2-Beginning Time Trial requires the addition of a 5 point harness to your car. Learn to read a track and techniques required to do laps in the quickest possible time.
3-Advanced Time Trial works on how to shave hundreths of a second off your lap times.
4-Race Group requires a car prepared to AROC/AROSC standards as detailed in the AROSC Competition Code (www.arosc.org). Instruction includes practice starts, side by side driving, safe passing, skid control, etc.

Guest instructor is Pro Race Driver (Ret.) Tony Adamowicz - Formula 5000 Champion, Trans Am Champ, Team Ferrari Driver set a Le Mans lap record, original Cannonball Run participant, etc., etc., etc.
