All the racks I've come across from US cars, UK cars and some AU cars were ZF so I simply assumed (apparently incorrectly!) that Alfa used only ZF racks. Obviously, there is more than one supplier that could have provided Alfa Romeo with steering racks that fit the "Alfa 75".
I wouldn't be surprised if this was a "parts crossover" thing between manufacturers too. Thanks for pointing that out.
