hello guys...its been a long break. i have learnt that in the restoration world, it is a completely different world where project plans and schedules do not exist and even the language is different e.g. next week means 4 weeks in some trades language...!!

Is all good fun all the same though

Anyway after a long break I have managed to conitnue stock piling the pieces that I need. I will have more photos after my visit tomorrow at the panel shop.
Body wise I have replaced all the serious panels with new ones - imported the complete front and rear panels , doorskins and wheel arch repair panels from Classic Alfa in the UK . But I was told today that I need to get an outer sill as well for the RHS.
I am 5 - 6 weeks away from the outer bodywork being in primer and the engine bay and under carriage completed and ready to take delivery of the engine / g box / differential and suspension. Therefore it dawned on me that these bits better be ready in time!!
So what do I need to have ready for assembly in 5 weeks:
1. All the brake lines renewed (need to get order in)
2. Fuel line renewed (need to get order in)
3. Loom renewed (need to get order in)
4. Engine / gbox and diff completed (engine / head /diff in progress - still!!!)
5. Suspension arms back from powder coating and all new bushing in place
6. Steering box renewed
7. All chrome an s/s coated and polished ready for re-assembly
8. Headlining ready to be fitted so I can then assemble items 7 along with glass.
9. Glass
Im just a little stressed

right now!
ANyone got any headlining contacts?
