Thanks for publicly clarifying (in an earlier post also) that the 1969 1750 is properly called a "Spider Veloce". My 69 OE AR Owners Manual calls it that. I've been questioned twice by PM in the recent past for referring to mine as a 69 1750 SV. One felt that "SV" was reserved for Sprint Veloce, the other simply wanted to call it a Spider.

As long as true Duetto owners are so persnikety, we 69'ers can have our effete distinctions also. I guess the most generic and inclusive name for 67 & 69's would be "round tail" or "boat tail" Spiders. I have no idea what a post 70 is properly called besides a Kamm tail. Hey, call mine anything but an Alpha Romero !!!!
