Tom, I don't know which years were painted what but I think it is a good bet '59 would be included. But what I have learned is the dealers painted some black wrinkle finish (to match what Ferrari was doing?). My friend and respected Alfa restorer Bill Gillham informed me that the Veloces were Hammerite. Sounded like he meant all Veloces were.

Hammerite is a paint finish manufactured by many rattle can paint companies. Hammerite is also a paint brand, but they all seem to work well. I also like the silver finish because I have so much black already.
