Try sending a fax to Eric van Cauwenbergh in Belgium. He does speak English and makes body panels for 102/106 cars (see
here) and possibly also makes panels for Giulietta/Giulia SS.
I had no luck trying to reach him by phone (hence the suggestion to send a fax) but several 106 owners reported that he is quite reliable and makes good panels.
