They look like the Hein Brand replicas - available from ClassicAlfa (Classic Alfa Romeo Parts & Spares Worldwide - Bertone, Spider & More). They are supposed to fit Giuliettas if a spacer is used. They're heavy suckers though, at about 8.5 kilos each - designed to take a few knocks in racing. For more info see the thread on TI Super wheels in the Giulia sedan section.
