I believe your statement is unfair. I personally know BR and am familiar with the process that led up to the Golf Course. The noise ordinance and sewage issues prevented him from holding any type of race at the facility. Taxes on the land were also a factor.
So what would you have done with the track, especially since it also needed a multi million dollar repaving?
