Those are Carello Headlight covers and they were standard with the Duetto (66-67) and other later Spiders up until about 1983 (I believe they were no longer offered with the Series 3 cars) in non-US markets. They are available fromk many of the Alfa suppliers, including International Auto. They do require you to drill a hole or three to mount the clips.
