Regardless of what the chassis number may be, if it doesn't already have the homologated flares, engine, suspension, brakes and other parts that a GTAm actually consists of, then it can't possibly be or have ever been one from the begining.
It's a bit like seeing a Ferrari '250GTO project' and asking if it's a genuine one that didn't actually get the correct body and mechanicals put onto it originally............
Javito is obviously having a geat time with a few friends building a replica of a car of his dreams and good luck and much enjoyment to him.
