1. Chassis numbers: There is the list of chassis numbers in Fusi's book, of which scans can be found in this thread. I'm not sure if there is a register for these cars. I know there is a 6C 2500 register in Italy and Simon Moore's books documenting all original 8C 2300 and 8C 2900 cars. They may know of 6C 1500 and 6C 1750 cars as well.
2. Yes, you can contact the Alfa Romeo historical archive via ArchivioStorico@alfaromeo.com or www.archiviostorico.alfaromeo.it.
