Well, the suspension and rear axle parts are now with the blasters. It is a small world- the guy who runs it owns a 156 and a (new) SZ, and when I opened the boot he said: "oh, Giulietta wheels. We did a set of those last week". Apparently there is someone else out there in Sussex restoring a Giulietta Spider he had imported from California- if you are there, make yourself known! (edited to add: Penfold Mettalising, Barnham)

On another note, when I dropped off the wheels I noticed I have four Fergat and one Borrani. The Borrani is in the worst state and quite badly corroded. I have access to another Fergat which is in better condition- do you think it is worth keeping the Borrani or going for a full set of Fergats? The painter will be able to make the Borrani look good, but it will not be as solid as the others.
