The rear will come down with doors, and full interior ad like you said; tank, gas, glass etc etc!
Still though - have you considered coil-overs (RSRacing has full-adjustable rears that are a direct bolt-in for the 105s...) You can have just the springs adjustable or adjustable springs and shocks...
For the front their setup remains separate shocks and springs, but with their special rates and valving...
