I hate to state the obvious here, but wouldn't you be better off asking these question of the retailer you're purchasing them from? i.e. Centerline in this case.
Perhaps they also supply the same articles for right-hand drive cars. I'm certain it won't be a new question for them.
Or for a guaranteed fit, buy from a retailer located in a country where they drive on the left. There are plenty of retailers in the UK that stock these parts. I'm sure I don't have to name them.
