Indeed there is. Publication 1387 was first printed in 1968 as a single volume covering the GTV and Spider. In 1970, supplimentary pages were printed to cover the second series GTV and Spider. That turned it in to a two volume set.

I'm not familiar with that catalog and would love to see a picture of the cover . I don't care if it's a copy, I am just curious. I'd also like to know the publication number. You should find that on one of the last couple of pages.
