It's hard to find a definitive answer about rim and tyre size. I have a document which I downloaded a few years ago which may help. It doesn't list anything wider than 185 for 13" rims but does show 195 x 14 and 195 x 15as being OK on both 5.5J and 6J rims.
I have 185x65 on 13x5.5J Giulietta steel rims on my Sud ti and under hard cornering the rear wheels scrape the lower watts linkages. I am interested to hear that no one else has this problem and I may have to check the bushes in the panhard rod.
