Hi, the cams are custom made for my engine, approx. 328° lift 13mm (with 0,20 clearance)
Grinded ex valve guide shouldn´t be a problem, i trust my machine shop (he developed and prepared the Audi sport supertourismo engines and does development work for Audi, Mercedes and BMW), and he told me "with these valves and these guides - no problem".
I hope managing to complete the engine the next 2 weeks...
