Can't help with oil pressure, but the temp sender to the guage is the one nearest the thermostat. The one in the centre near the spark plug is for the overtemperature light (on an Alfetta anyway).

That looks like a rather late cam cover too, so I'd guess it is from an Alfetta, or maybe the last Spiders ? The 'lugs' on the front of the block support the airconditioner compressor bracket.
